What you will need to enroll in ActiveFitPlus

Your incentives will be posted to the account you have on file. This does not have to be the same account on file at your facility within 60 days following the month your visits were accrued. There is no cost to participate in ActiveFitPlus other than the cost of the cost of your health club membership. In order to utilize this location to earn your monthly incentives, you will be required to download and record your facility usage via the ActiveFit Mobile App. This location will not supply Advanta with your usage attendance.
